Capture the electric energy of Billy Strings' performance at the Berglund Center in Roanoke, VA, with this stunning, unofficial fan-made art print. This piece commemorates the July 14, 2026 show with a powerful and intricate design, perfect for any fan's collection.
The artwork features a colossal praying mantis intertwined with a vintage tobacco thresher, set against a stormy Appalachian sky pierced by lightning. Rendered in a meticulous, stipple-dot style that evokes classic woodcuts, the design is a complex tapestry of natural and industrial themes. Copperhead snakes weave through the machine's gears like living wires, culminating in one spewing a mix of seeds and sparks. This poster is a testament to the blend of traditional roots and wild, improvisational energy that defines a Billy Strings concert.
Printed on high-quality, archival paper, the rich sepia, slate blue, and nicotine-yellow tones will make a bold statement on any wall. It's the perfect way to remember an unforgettable night of music.
**Please Note:** This is an unofficial piece of fan art created with admiration for the music. It is not affiliated with the artist or the venue.

Note from the Artist:
When I set out to create a piece for the Roanoke show, I wanted to capture the feeling of something ancient and powerful being channeled through modern electricity—much like Billy's music. The praying mantis felt like this alien, precise, and formidable force of nature. I imagined it as a living lightning rod, connecting the storm in the sky to the Appalachian soil through this old, forgotten piece of farm equipment. The snakes became organic conduits, and the thresher itself transforms that raw energy into something new—the seeds of future growth. It's all about that tension between meticulous control and the beautiful chaos that can erupt from it, which is what a Billy Strings show feels like to me.
