Note from the Artist:
As a huge fan of Billy's music, I wanted to create something special for this Baltimore Halloween run that felt deeply connected to both the spooky season and the city itself. I was inspired by the iconic Chesapeake blue crab and the idea of merging it with a classic memento mori skull. The two candles held in its claws represent each night of the show, a vigil for the incredible music. The ghost ship is a nod to Baltimore's rich maritime history, sailing through the harbor fog. The final touch was the fine mesh texture over the whole piece, a tribute to Baltimore's unique tradition of painted window screens. It was a joy to weave all these elements together to capture the dark, historical, and high-energy vibe I feel when listening to Billy Strings.
