Capture the unforgettable energy of Goose's two-night run in Boston with this stunning, unofficial fan-made art print. Commemorating the June 30 – July 1, 2026 shows at the Leader Bank Pavilion, this piece is a must-have for any dedicated fan's collection. The design features a vintage transit van, a symbol of the road and the musical journey, parked on the historic cobblestones of the Boston Harbor. Rendered in a powerful, hand-carved linocut style, the artwork showcases incredible texture and depth. The van's windows are transformed into intricate portals: one a honeycomb of interconnected hexagons symbolizing structured growth, the other an organic, unwinding spiral. These mesmerizing details, glowing with an oxidized copper hue against a charcoal slate background, evoke the dynamic interplay of Goose's legendary jams. The city's maritime infrastructure—cranes, docks, and rigging—frames the scene, grounding the moment in Boston's unique spirit. The band name, venue, city, and dates are seamlessly carved into the van and the cobblestones, making them an integral part of this road-worn piece of history. Please note: This is an unofficial, fan-made piece of art inspired by the band and is not licensed or affiliated with them in any way. --- Note from the Artist: When I set out to create this piece for Goose's Boston run, I wanted to capture the feeling of a band arriving at a destination, ready to unload something special. The vintage van felt like the perfect vessel, solid and weathered by countless miles. I imagined its windows not as simple glass, but as displays of the intricate mechanics behind the music—the geometric, almost crystalline structure of their tight compositions on one side, and the free-flowing, organic spiral of their improvisations on the other. The Boston Harbor setting isn't just a backdrop; it’s a launching point, a place of industry and departure, which felt right for a band that's always moving forward. By carving the details of the show directly into the van and the cobblestone street, I wanted to make the memory of those nights feel as permanent and foundational as the city itself.
