"Nocturnal Sail — Skyborne Migration" was born from a vision of elevating the familiar, transforming the Ameris Bank Amphitheatre's iconic roof into a majestic, luminous goose wing poised for flight. My inspiration was to weave Goose's core identity—their avian motifs, celestial themes, and expansive soundscapes—directly into the architecture of the space, creating a truly site-specific artwork.

I envisioned the audience looking up from the lawn as twilight descends, witnessing this grand sail-like wing unfurl against a deep blue-violet sky. The intricate feather details are not merely decorative; they echo the venue's truss work, catching an ethereal gradient wash that shifts from cool teal to warm magenta, much like the dynamic lighting of a live show.
