When I started designing this piece for the Mishawaka show, I wanted to capture the feeling of the venue itself—that sense of being tucked away in a beautiful, ancient canyon. The floating rock island represents that isolated, magical space where the music happens. I chose a bristlecone pine for its resilience and a quiet, observant fox to symbolize us, the fans, in that moment of stillness and awe before the first note hits. The rope trailing off into the unknown is like the music itself, connecting us all to something bigger. This poster is my attempt to bottle that specific, beautiful concert feeling.
