Note From the Artist:

For "Rowhouse Wing," I sought to capture the dynamic spirit of Goose through the unique lens of Philadelphia, creating a design that feels both grounded in local charm and boundless in its imagination. My vision took flight with the idea of the city itself soaring. I imagined the iconic Philadelphia rowhouses – symbols of home, history, and community – not just as buildings, but as the very feathers of a magnificent, dreamlike goose.

The most unique aspect of this piece is how these detailed architectural elements are intricately stitched together to form the creature's wing. Each facade, from the bay windows to the stoops and cornices, is rendered with care, creating a living, breathing architecture that evokes a sense of journey and transformation. Subtle details abound: laundry lines become delicate rigging, and tiny figures on the rooftops nod to the city's vibrant mural culture. Even the reflection in the implied river below subtly forms the silhouette of the goose's body, an 'Easter egg' for those who know the Schuylkill.

Below, the TD Pavilion at The Mann is not merely a venue, but a launchpad. Its distinctive shell casts luminous, angled beams that seem to lift our winged rowhouse vessel into a cosmic gradient of tangerine and apricot, fading into a starlit midnight sky. This vibrant, psychedelic color palette, with its popping teal accents and rich navy structures, is chosen to convey the adventurous, wonder-filled mood of a Goose show – a perfect blend of mystical and ecstatic.

From the chunky, psychedelic 'GOOSE' typography with its subtle Victorian shadow to the Pennsylvania Dutch-inspired rosette at the top, every element is a deliberate fusion of eras and influences. "Rowhouse Wing" is more than just a show poster; it's an ode to the ambitious, gritty-crafty heart of Philadelphia taking flight on the wings of music.
