As a long-time fan, I wanted to create a piece that felt as monumental and timeless as Jack White's music. I chose the classical bust to represent the foundational, almost ancient, power of the blues that runs through his work. The deep crack running through the stone and into his name is my way of showing how he shatters and reinvents those traditions with raw, electric energy. The eclipse eye is that jolt of modernity—the unexpected, the psychedelic, the uniquely 'Jack White' twist on everything he touches. I also wove in some subtle serpentine and symbolic details as a nod to the legendary, ornate interior of The Fillmore, grounding this timeless image in a specific, historic rock and roll moment.
