Capture the magic of an unforgettable night with this stunning, fan-made tribute poster for the Johnny Blue Skies show at Nationwide Arena in Columbus, OH on October 7, 2026. This is a piece of unofficial, fan-created artwork designed to celebrate the music and memories.

Our original design imagines a whimsical, cosmic voyage, featuring a skeleton helmsman steering a guitar-prowed ship across a massive moon. The night sky is filled with celestial details, while two steampunk-inspired foxes slumber on clouds above a silhouette of the Columbus skyline. Rendered in a clean, vector style with a beautiful stipple texture, the artwork uses a limited four-color palette of navy, tan, warm brown, and gold to create a vintage, screen-printed feel.

Note from the Artist:
For this design, I wanted to capture the cosmic, storytelling soul of Johnny Blue Skies' music. The name itself sparked the image of a celestial voyage, so I imagined this classic ship sailing not on water, but through the night sky, guided by a timeless skeleton helmsman on a journey through sound. The ship itself transforms into an instrument, a nod to the music that transports us. The steampunk foxes sleeping on clouds below represent a fusion of the natural and the industrial, a beautiful tension I often hear in the songs. The whole scene is a whimsical, slightly surreal dreamscape, lit by a single warm lantern, floating over the real-world skyline of Columbus—grounding this fantastical trip in the specific, unforgettable night of the show.
